Toronto Region Hosts: TFS - Canada's International School, University of Toronto - St. George and Mississauga, Toronto Metropolitan University

Morning

• Counsellors are asked to arrive in Toronto by Saturday
• Breakfast & Opening Ceremonies at Courtyard Toronto Downtown
• Professional Development Workshops #1 & #2 at TFS

Afternoon

• Lunch and Direct-Entry Medicine Alumni Panel
• International University Fair at TFS
• Campus Program at University of Toronto - St. George campus

Evening

• Networking Dinner and Entertainment at Downtown Toronto venue
• Transportation provided to the venue and back to the hotel

Monday, april 28 (day 2 of main conference)

Morning

• Breakfast & Campus Program at Toronto Metropolitan University
• Coach transportation provided
• Check-Out of Courtyard Toronto Downtown

Afternoon

• Lunch & Campus Program at University of Toronto - Mississauga campus
• Travel to Niagara Falls
• Group Photo & Hotel Check-In (Sheratorn Fallsview Hotel) at Niagara Falls

Evening

• Interactive Experience and Networking Dinner at Niagara College - Niagara on the Lake campus

Tuesday, April 29, 2025 (Day 3 of Main Conference)

Morning

• Breakfast at the Hotel
• Campus Program and Professional Development Workshop #3 at Brock University
• Lunch at Brock University

Afternoon

• Travel to Ridley College
• Keynote Presentation and Professional Development Workshop #4
• Cocktail Reception

Evening

• ​Closing Ceremonies & Dinner at Table Rock Restaurant

Wednesday, April 30 (Travel Day / Post-Conference)

Early Morning

• 6am (and possibly 7am - TBC): Bus Departures to Pearson International Airport & Toronto Bus Terminal

Post-Conference

• Rochester Institute of Technology & University of Rochester
• Early morning departure. 
• Coach transportation provided, and will return to Pearson International Airport and Toronto Bus Terminal in the evening.
• Separate registration required.​

INTERNATIONAL UNIVERSITY FAIR (aPRIL 27, 2025)

• Participating Institutions
• 1:30pm - 2:30pm -- Exclusive fair time with counsellors, university and program representatives
• 3:00pm - 5:00pm -- Public Fair, open to all local Toronto schools
• University and program providers are welcome to register intent by email. 
• Evening networking dinner event at downtown Toronto venue with univiersity and program partner fair registratnts and conference atendees
